Go to your profile, tap the ☰ Menu, then select Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center, then tap Your information and permissions
Tap Download your information, then Download or transfer information
Choose your Instagram account and select Some of your information
Deselect everything, then check only Followers and following. Tap Next.
Set date range to All time, format to JSON or HTML, and choose Download to device
Tap Create files. Instagram will email you when ready (can take up to 48 hours)
Download the ZIP file, extract it, and find the JSON files in the connections/followers_and_following/ folder
